DIY Eco-Friendly Insect Repellant Spray

This spring weather is divine but that means the mozzies are out in force! We found the perfect eco-friendly DIY insect repellent spray alternative from Planted in the Woods

Make up a batch of this homemade bug spray and store in small spray bottles to keep on-hand in your bag while you are out and about.

Recipe:⁠

• 10 drops citronella essential oil (eo)⁠

• 10 drops geranium EO⁠

• 8 drops lavender EO⁠

• 8 drops lemon eucalyptus EO⁠

• 6 drops ceaderwood EO⁠

• 6 drops tea trea EO⁠

• 2 drops clove EO⁠

• 1/2 cup distilled water⁠

• 1/2 cup witch hazel⁠

• 1 tsp vegetable glycerin⁠

Instructions:

Mix together in a bowl and then use a funnel to distribute into amber spray bottles. Shake before use and store as you would essential oils.⁠
