- is not redeemable for cash or credit
- not to be used in conjunction with any other offer from Greenmark Homes

Promoter
The promoter is O’Neill Building Pty Ltd trading as Greenmark Homes, ABN 38 137 753 407, NSW Builders License 217655C.
Liability and Release
The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury, loss or damage suffered or sustained (even caused by negligence) in connection with accepting the offer or participating in this Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter is not responsible for defective items, lost or stolen items or misuse of any item. All persons accepting the offer release from, and indemnify the Promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any offers) or participation in this Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise.
Variation/cancellation

Receiving the TM6 Thermomix offer
By accepting the offer, persons agree to a Thermomix Consultant delivering the appliance and providing the necessary in-home training required to safely use the appliance.
